"Polska jest dozorcą amerykańskich interesów w Europie".
"Poland is a keeper of American interests in Europe".

This is a very unusual use of the word "dozorca", contradicting typical language patterns. In this context you can use e.g. "strażnik" (guard) or "obrońca" (defender), but not "dozorca". Using "dozorca" here breaks the linguistic convention.
